These Terms and Conditions govern the use of trevershop.com and the purchase of products offered on the website.
By placing an order on trevershop.com, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Seller means Distributed Growth Sp. z o.o., the company that sells products through trevershop.com.
Buyer means a consumer, a natural person who purchases products for purposes unrelated to any commercial, business, craft, or professional activity.
Website means trevershop.com.
Product means any tangible consumer good offered for sale on the Website.
Order means the purchase request submitted by the Buyer through the online order form available on the Website.
Distributed Growth Sp. z o.o. sells tangible consumer goods remotely through trevershop.com.
The sales contract is concluded when the Buyer submits an order through the online order form and the Seller confirms the order by email.
After receiving the order, the Seller will send the Buyer an order confirmation email containing the main order details, including the product purchased, price, delivery details, and contact information.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of incorrect or incomplete customer information, suspected fraud, product unavailability, pricing errors, or other objective reasons preventing order fulfilment.
The Seller makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and availability information displayed on the Website are accurate and up to date.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor differences in colour, packaging, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, product updates, or supplier changes, provided that the essential characteristics of the product remain unchanged.

Prices include applicable taxes where required by law, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed before the Buyer confirms the order.

Distributed Growth Sp. z o.o. currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as the main payment method, where available.
Payment is made to the courier upon delivery of the product.

The Seller delivers products to European Union countries where shipping is available, as indicated on the Website or at checkout.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer during the order process.
The Buyer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination country, courier service, product availability, public holidays, and circumstances outside the Seller’s reasonable control.
If the Seller is unable to fulfil the order within the expected timeframe, the Buyer will be informed by email.

If a product becomes unavailable after the Buyer has placed an order, the Seller will inform the Buyer by email as soon as possible.
If payment has already been made, the Seller will issue a full refund.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract within 14 calendar days from the day on which the Buyer, or a third party indicated by the Buyer other than the courier, receives the product.

The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or until the Buyer has provided proof of having sent the product back, whichever occurs first.

The Buyer may inspect and test the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as they would be allowed to do in a physical shop.
The Buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law and applicable European Union consumer protection regulations.
Nothing in these Terms deprives the Buyer of the mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the law of the country where the Buyer has their habitual residence.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court of the Buyer’s place of residence or domicile, where required by applicable consumer protection law.
